• Enrollments may require approval and payment confirmation before access is granted.
• Where payment is required, you agree to pay the applicable fees using an accepted method.
• Seats are limited and allocated in accordance with our enrollment process.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the course and the stage of delivery. Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method or an agreed alternative. Please contact us before a course begins to discuss your options. Approved refunds are typically processed within a reasonable period.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course materials without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of our services.

All content on our website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, software, and code — is owned by or licensed to AfriMind Tech&AI Consulting Agency Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Course materials are provided for your personal, non-transferable learning use only. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable consulting agreement.

Our services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that learning outcomes or business results will meet your expectations. Course content is educational and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfriMind Tech&AI Consulting Agency Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, where AfriMind Tech&AI Consulting Agency Ltd is based (Monrovia, Liberia). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Liberia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
